Findommes use a lot of different sites and apps to ply their trade. My advice to new dommes is to start with one or two you're already familiar with, using a new account with your domme name and email. Then, explore new sites and apps whenever you have time, and decide whether they work for you.
This list contains links to most of the sites I mention in my articles.
Verification
OnlyFans or LoyalFans. These sites allow anyone to visit your page and see that you're verified without requiring them to create an account and log in. Of the two, I found LF had the easier and faster verification process. Fansly is also an option.
FetLife is an adult site that requires verification for all members*. You must be a member and log in to view profiles. *I’m hearing that people can create accounts without verification, so be sure the profiles you’re viewing have the red check mark.
FeetFinder, All Things Worn and Scented Pansy are sites for selling used items, photos and videos. They can verify your age, but users may have to create an account and log in to see it.
I Want Clips is a findom video clip site that verifies. It’s less hardcore than ManyVids or SextPanther. All verify, and may have an “I’m 18+” screen to get past to view verified profiles.
Socials
Twitter/X has a massive findom community. It's kind of a zoo sometimes, but it can be a great place to chat with other dommes and meet subs. Update: as of 10/2024, Twitter is planning to implement a new block policy, removing the ability to stop people from seeing your content.
Reddit also has a large number of findom communities (called subreddits or subs, which can be confusing). You name it, there's a subreddit dedicated to it. Read more in How to use Reddit for findom.
Discord has a huge adult oriented community, and is chat-oriented, so kind of ideal for finding subs. Be sure to read the rules of each server, and follow their verification process to unlock the fun stuff.
Instagram is a giant pain in the neck for any type of sex worker. Keep your content PG-13, or be prepared with a backup account, because Meta will delete your account for any reason at all, with no warning or explanation.
TikTok is also a pain, but inconsistently. They will allow all sorts of suggestive content, and let you know when something has been reported or removed. Like Meta, they will randomly delete accounts, even if they’ve been running for months, and have thousands of followers, so have a backup here as well.
Bluesky is a reasonably friendly place for findom, and easy to set up. It does have adult content tags you can apply, or that will be applied by moderators. I’ve been tagged for showing too much cleavage. On AI images. So maybe PG-13 content here.
Threads is a Meta alternative to Twitter, which you can access from your Instagram account. Clean content only here, but there is a small and growing findom community forming.
Chat
Premium Chat lets you charge for text, video and voice chats. Setup is very simple.
Chaturbate is exactly what it sounds like: a place to chat while pleasuring yourself, via video chat. Hardcore, including on their home screen, so don’t click unless you want to see someone’s entire roast beef sandwich.
NiteFlirt is a phone sex service that you can use to promote yourself as a findomme.
Some dommes use Snapchat, Telegram and/or Kik. Be very careful on all of them. Scammers abound.
Signal is a social messaging site that allows text, video and voice, and seems to be heavy on privacy.
FINmessage is a site for chatting via paid messages.
Payments
Tributify, Wishlistpage and YouPay are similar services that allow you to send subs to purchase your wishlist items, gift cards, and in some cases, cash offerings, in a way that does not divulge your identity.
In the US and UK, CashApp is a reasonably safe option, unless you're receiving multiple small payments from the same person on the same day, so don't use it for drains.
In Australia, Beem is a safe option.
TipFunder is an adult-friendly tipping site that may be useful in taking payments. However, their profile photo policy makes this site unfriendly to 2DFDs.
MintStars is an adult-friendly content platform where you can take payments for subscriptions and content. (2DFDs, this site is probably not for you.)
If you are well versed in crypto, Coinbase is a payment option. Be aware of the differences between actual payments and payments in test currencies before you venture down this road.
Wishlists
Tributify, YouPay, and Wishlistpage are wishlist options that allow you to add items from many different vendors, as well as gift cards and in some cases, cash gifts.
Link lists
There are several link list services, and they all pretty much do the same thing. I use Beacons, but quite a few dommes use either Linktree or All My Links. An interesting alternative is Carrd, which is like a little one page website.
Video and image tools
There are quite a few image and video tools available, so I’ll just list the ones I use:
Canva is an image and video editing platform, available as an app or through their web site. A free subscription will give you the tools you need to put together good quality graphics.
GIF Maker, GIF Editor will turn your video clips into animations. Great for bypassing the video limitations on adult profiles on Reddit.
YouCut is a good free video editor. It offers more in the free version than the popular CapCut, and is easier to use.
I use DreamFace to make videos of my still AI images speaking in my voice.
Other stuff
NGL allows people to send anonymous messages. It’s good for days when you’re stuck for content. Tellonym and YASS are similar apps.
Google Voice allows you to get a separate phone number, dedicated to findom work, that rings on your regular phone. You can text and make phone calls from this number, without divulging your real phone number. Handy if you don’t want to go the burner phone route.
Spin the Wheel is an app for creating customized wheels for wheel spinning games.
If you’re a domme…
…and you use a site or app to facilitate your work, leave a comment, and let me know what’s missing from this list. I’m interested specifically in sites and apps used for findom, rather than other sex work, like selling videos or camming.
thank you, this is incredibly helpful for us just starting out!
