Findom and selling content
If you discuss findom online, it won’t take long for someone to ask what kind of content you offer.
What is content?
On its most basic level, content is photos, posts and videos you use for social media. If you snap a selfie, and post it on Twitter, that’s content. If that’s all you want to offer, that’s fine. Expanded content offerings aren’t necessary to be a findomme, and aside from the SFW images you post on your socials, aren’t usually part of findom.
Why offer expanded content? Because it’s good to have many revenue streams. When the subs aren’t biting, you’ll still be generating income. Since many of the content options are passive (you upload something once, and it continually generates income), you can be earning while you’re sleeping, or sick, or just need a vacation.
Selling media
Often, content means photos, videos, and audio clips posted for sale. You might do this via a menu graphic, or use a site like OF or LF, or a more media-oriented sales site like I Want Clips or ManyVids.
While these offerings might be adult oriented, nudity is not required, depending on what you’re doing. I’ve seen really hot JOI videos that were done fully clothed. Feet pics and videos show nothing but your bare feet. Audio clips can be recorded in your jammies, and nobody will ever know.
Photos, videos and audio clips are great for passive income. If a sub asks for feet photos, or an ass worship video, or JOI, and you already have that content uploaded and priced, you can just drop a link, and tell them to purchase it.
Going live
Another content option is going live on OF, LF or a camming site of your choice. Live sessions can be fun, because you can interact with people real time. Find a niche, hit the button, and enjoy the conversation. Income on OF and LF comes from subscriptions and tips.
Again, nudity isn’t required, though you will always get requests for it. I go live on LF with the camera pointed at the soles of my feet, recording the session so I can grab photos and video clips to sell. I’ve seen content creators going live to paint their nails, or apply lotion, or to do tarot readings. Whatever you feel comfortable doing is fine.
For findommes, live sessions offer an opportunity to do drains, wheel spins, and play games. You might also do an ignore session on a live. You can sit in a bubble bath with a glass of wine and a book, and ignore your subscribers. Subs will pay for that.
Text, video chat and phone calls
There are quite a few sites that allow you to charge for texting, video chats, or phone calls. This can be part of your offerings as a findomme, and get you paid as you work. If you choose to do drains or rinses on sites like Premium Chat, Chaturbate, or even LF, you can charge by the minute for chatting, in addition to the money you’re extracting from your sub.
Beyond that, there are men who are not finsubs who might want to chat. Be clear about what you will and won’t chat about, because some may want a full-on role play session that violates your limits. But, if you enjoy this sort of thing, this is a good way to fill in the time while you’re waiting for subs to find you.
Selling your unmentionables
While not strictly content, there are plenty of places to sell your dirty undies and socks. Sites like All Things Worn, Scented Pansy, and Snifffr are set up for just this sort of arrangement. Bonus: you will always have an excuse to buy more undies.
That rule of thumb again
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: never do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. If none of the options I’ve listed sounds like fun to you, just set this page aside for now. Maybe down the road, you’ll be interested. Or maybe, you’ll never be a content selling girl. That’s OK. This is not a requirement to be a findomme.
